Getting Started with RunClaw

Setting up a private AI agent should be simple. With RunClaw, you can go from zero to a fully running AI agent instance on your own dedicated VPS in under five minutes.

Why Dedicated Hosting Matters

Most AI hosting platforms run your agents on shared infrastructure. Your data, your prompts, and your agent's memory sit on machines alongside everyone else's workloads. RunClaw is different: every customer gets their own dedicated VPS with full isolation. Nobody else -- not even us -- can access your server.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Head to the signup page and create your account with an email and password. No credit card required to browse plans.

Step 2: Pick Your Plan

Choose from three tiers based on your workload:

• Solo -- 3 agents, 1h metrics, live logs. Perfect for personal agents and experimentation.
• Pro -- 10 agents, 24h metrics, log search. Our most popular option for production workloads.
• Power -- Unlimited agents, 7d metrics, full security alerts. For heavy multi-agent setups.

Step 3: Complete Checkout

After selecting your plan, you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. All billing is handled through Stripe -- we never see or store your payment details.

Step 4: Your VPS Provisions Automatically

Once payment is confirmed, our provisioning system kicks in. Within a few minutes, your dedicated VPS is created on Hetzner's infrastructure, your agent is installed, TLS certificates are configured, and your unique subdomain goes live.

Step 5: Configure Your Agent

Visit your dashboard to configure your instance. Add your LLM API keys (we encrypt them in transit and inject them directly into your server -- they're never stored in our database), customize your agent's behavior, and start chatting.

Bring Your Own Hardware

Already have a Hetzner account? RunClaw supports a Bring Your Own Hardware (BYOH) mode. Connect your existing Hetzner API token and we'll provision your agent on your infrastructure while still handling all the management and updates.
